XMLBoard - XMLBoard is a XML-driven multi-forum message board system written in Perl. All of the forum data is stored in XML format. By using XML, XMLBoard keeps information separate from appearance. This allows for dynamic generation of output. Unlike boards that save the posts in HTML format, XMLBoard can instantly change the appearance of all messages by simply changing the HTML code in 1 file.
