Empower 2001 is a light-weight content-management solution for web developers giving your clients access to "text-only" type changes to their website, without having to bother you, the developer. Change a few settings and drop this PHP application in your root directory and you are ready to go. You can also give access to change page titles and meta tags, as well as make a list of "directories to ignore" and "files to ignore" in case there are certain pages that you don't want to grant access to your client(s). Empower 2000 will navigate the different directories and subdirectories and open any text-based file, such as HTML, PHP, ASP, CFM, XML, CGI, JSP, JHTML, WML, etc.
