This script will search your inbox for emails and add the contents of the email to a table of a MySQL database. Then, each record in the table is compared to the email address of another table, which has all of the email addresses in your mailing list. Then, using a simple query, you can delete the email from your table. Cron Jobs are recommended (not required) ted) to run the script every hour or even every day, however, you can simply just run the script a hour or so after sending the emails to check for failed emails. This version of the script has only been tested using a POP3 account and IMAP. This script is intended for use with email accounts that are used to send emails only. All mail recieved in the inbox is assumed to be undeliverable.
